Furniture factories typically construct painting booths concurrently with their establishment to facilitate painting and coloring operations in a relatively isolated environment.

This setup meets the requirements for temperature, humidity, illumination, and air cleanliness during coating operations. Additionally, it confines and treats漆雾 (paint mist) and organic waste gases generated during painting operations before discharge, serving as a crucial environmental protection measure and construction site.

Enterprises need to ensure a safe and stable working environment in the painting booths through the use of waste gas treatment equipment, exhaust fans, water curtain devices, etc., thereby safeguarding the safety of personnel.

In response, WideIOT (formerly Wutongbolian) provides a safety monitoring and management system for painting booths. This system accesses PLCs, temperature and humidity sensors, cameras, and other equipment within the painting booth via industrial gateways. It collects real-time data and connects to the enterprise monitoring platform through 5G/4G/WIFI/Ethernet, enabling remote monitoring and online management of waste gas treatment equipment, water curtain devices, fan equipment, and environmental parameters. Any abnormalities can be swiftly managed and controlled.

System Features

  1. Real-time Data Collection and Uploading: The system collects real-time data from equipment in the painting booth and uploads it to the cloud platform or upper computer.

Administrators can view the operational status of on-site equipment and environmental parameters, such as equipment working status, temperature, humidity, and dangerous gas concentrations, on their mobile phones or computers.
  2. Automatic Anomaly Monitoring and Alarm Notification: The system automatically monitors for abnormal data and pushes alerts to managers at various levels through SMS, phone calls, WeChat, or platform pop-ups.

This enables quick location and timely handling of issues, with all alert information consolidated into a unified interface.
  3. Automatic Maintenance Work Order Generation for Equipment Failures: The system automatically generates maintenance work orders for equipment failures and dispatches them to the responsible personnel.

Users can view information such as failure time, handling time, work progress, and operation logs to ensure timely and efficient equipment maintenance.
  4. Real-time Data Recording and Visualization: The system records various data reports in real-time and provides visual displays.

Enterprises can quickly review the working status and safety risk levels of each painting booth, as well as understand equipment failure frequencies and maintenance times, to make informed decisions.
  5. Real-time Video Monitoring of Painting Booths: Administrators can view real-time surveillance videos of the painting booth to quickly inspect production activities and worker behaviors, intuitively understand on-site information, and take timely measures to standardize painting operations and enhance safety management.

  6. Data Transmission to Environmental Protection Bureau Platform: The system transmits various data, such as waste gas emissions and waste gas monitoring concentrations, to the Environmental Protection Bureau platform via HJ212 protocol. This facilitates better reception of regulatory oversight from relevant departments, enhances safety supervision levels, and strengthens corporate image building.
