Injection Molding Machine Gateway

WideIOT Injection Molding Machine Gateway is a device designed for data acquisition of injection molding machines. It mainly addresses the issues of data acquisition, remote monitoring, and information management of traditional production equipment such as injection molding machines. The gateway supports private protocols of various injection molding machines and other industrial standard protocols (Hongxun, Keqiang, KEBA, Engel, Sumitomo, Nissei, ...). It enables networking and data acquisition of various injection molding machines, and real-time transmission of data such as injection pressure, oil temperature, mold temperature, and injection speed of injection molding machines to local servers, cloud platforms, MES, ERP, etc., providing strong support for the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.
