Various sensors and monitoring devices are installed at food waste treatment facilities. Via WideIOT's industrial intelligent gateways, operational data of treatment equipment (such as fermentation tanks and oil-water separation equipment, including temperature, rotational speed, and pressure), food waste treatment capacity data, and odor emission data are collected.
The collected data is transmitted to the remote monitoring system for food waste treatment, which conducts real-time analysis and display of the data. When equipment malfunctions or odor emissions exceed standards, the platform issues timely early warnings. It also uates resource conversion during the food waste treatment process (such as grease extraction and biogas production), and supports remote operation management and fault maintenance.
