Activated carbon adsorption towers are waste gas treatment equipment known for their effectiveness in treating organic waste gases and eliminating odors.

 They are also utilized in water purification processes. These towers leverage the adsorption properties of activated carbon to remove impurities and harmful substances from harmful gases or liquids, achieving purification goals. Widely applied across various industrial sectors such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, spray painting, and electronics, they demonstrate excellent performance in treating organic waste gases, malodorous gases, and solvent recovery.

 This system accesses the controller PLC via an industrial data acquisition gateway, enabling real-time data collection and communication (5G/4G/WIFI/Ethernet) for the activated carbon adsorption tower's various indicators. The data is then transmitted to a cloud platform or upper computer for centralized processing and display, providing reliable support for fault maintenance and data analysis. This approach reduces manual labor while enhancing the accuracy and timeliness of remote monitoring.
