VOCs waste gas scrubbers are crucial equipment commonly used in the VOCs treatment industry.

 Their principle involves using a fan system to draw collected waste gas into the scrubber, where it flows through a packed bed section (the medium for gas/liquid contact reactions). This allows the waste gas to fully contact with the flowing chemical solution (washing liquid) on the surface of the packing material, effectively adsorbing acidic or alkaline pollutants or water-soluble VOCs gases contained in the waste gas. It not only reduces water-soluble organic waste gas but also removes a small portion of particulate matter and lowers the waste gas temperature.

As VOCs waste gas scrubbers are sold across the country, equipment manufacturers find it increasingly challenging to manage the devices. On one hand, the standalone operation of the equipment makes it difficult to swiftly manage and control failures, potentially leading to accidents.

 On the other hand, the distributed nature of equipment operation and maintenance imposes a significant burden on enterprise maintenance personnel, with high workloads and costs. Therefore, an increasing number of enterprises are turning their attention to the field of the Internet of Things (IoT) to achieve remote monitoring and maintenance of equipment, enabling efficient, reliable, and precise operation and maintenance.

  3. Intelligent Alarming: Automatically monitor abnormal operational data of the scrubber and immediately send alarm notifications via WeChat, SMS, or email when data exceeds set thresholds, enabling timely measures to be taken.
  4. Intelligent Operation and Maintenance: The system can create, edit, assign, and track operation and maintenance work orders, while maintenance personnel, logs, and times can be viewed and tracked at any time, establishing high-quality and efficient operation and maintenance services.
