The water bulging machine is primarily used for shaping parts with complex profiles, such as vacuum flasks, thermos bottles, kettles, and other tableware and utensils made of materials like stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and iron.

 It utilizes water as the transmission medium, injecting ultra-high-pressure water into the tubular material, causing it to conform to the shape of the mold cavity. This method offers advantages such as high production efficiency and reliable product quality.

During equipment operation, the normal functioning of components such as high-pressure pumps, pressure gauges, various valves, and seals, as well as proper lubrication, all impact the production process.

 Therefore, on-site personnel need to continuously monitor the equipment's status parameters and make reasonable adjustments to prevent accidents. However, this leads to a heavy workload in operation and maintenance, along with high labor costs, which is becoming an increasingly pressing issue for automated factories.

To address this, by connecting to the controller PLC, the WideIoT industrial intelligent gateway can  acquire the operational status and process parameters of the water bulging hydraulic press.

 It can then transmit this data to a cloud platform or local upper computer via 5G/4G/WIFI/Ethernet, enabling remote monitoring, fault alarming, remote control, and remote maintenance functions. This allows for the use of data analysis techniques to improve and optimize processes, continuously enhancing production efficiency and management levels.
