Hot-rolled strip steel refers to coiled strip steel processed through hot-rolling technology.
Its production process involves rolling steel billets at high temperatures through rollers to reduce their thickness and increase their width, ultimately yielding strip steel with specific dimensions and shapes, typically within a thickness range of 1-20mm and a width range of 600-2000mm. Hot-rolled strip steel boasts high strength, good plasticity, and toughness, making it widely applicable in construction, automotive, home appliance, machinery manufacturing, and shipbuilding sectors. The strip steel hot continuous rolling mill is the primary equipment for producing hot-rolled strip steel, characterized by high production efficiency, high output, and superior product quality.
Currently, most of these mills have achieved automated production. By integrating PLC, DCS, SCADA, and other equipment systems into the WideIOT industrial smart gateway, real-time data acquisition and remote monitoring can be realized, enabling comprehensive process monitoring of the entire production flow. This approach helps safeguard production efficiency and product quality while providing enterprises with efficient and intelligent management tools.Through real-time monitoring and data analysis, we can more precisely control the production process, reduce energy consumption, enhance product quality, and achieve green and sustainable production.
Data Acquisition: Real-time collection of various process parameters during hot-rolled strip steel production, such as temperature, pressure, and speed.
Data Transmission: Transmission of the collected data to local systems or cloud platforms via networks such as 5G/4G/WIFI/Ethernet.
Edge Computing: Implementation of functions such as intelligent acquisition, data filtering, alarm calculation, jump triggering, formula calculation, and grouping strategies.
Predictive Warning: Utilization of data comparison and intelligent algorithms to promptly issue fault warnings, which are communicated via WeChat, SMS, or email.
Remote Control: Remote control of equipment start/stop and process parameters based on alarm information to ensure hot-rolled strip steel quality and production efficiency.
Operation and Maintenance Management: Querying, tracking, and managing maintenance work orders, while staying informed about work logs and processing progress.
Information Interaction: Real-time transmission of production process data to the MES system for information sharing and collaborative work.
Data Analysis: Formation of visualized data analysis for decision-making, promoting energy conservation, resource optimization, and other initiatives.
