Traditional operation and maintenance (O&M) work order management systems often rely on manual reporting and paper-based records, leading to issues such as delayed information transmission, inefficient processing, and easy data loss.
With the advancement of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technology, enterprises urgently require an O&M management system capable of automatically monitoring equipment status, generating work orders in real-time, and intelligently scheduling resources. In response to this need, WideIOT offers an O&M work order management system based on industrial IoT gateways.
By deploying industrial IoT gateways at factory sites and connecting them to equipment such as PLCs, instruments, industrial robots, and CNC machine tools, the system can collect real-time equipment data and implement intelligent alarms, thereby establishing an information-based O&M work order management process. This ensures real-time monitoring, management, and operation of O&M tasks from pre-event to post-event phases, and employs data analysis methods for continuous optimization and transformation.
Implemented Functions:
Real-time Equipment Status Monitoring: Through industrial IoT gateways, the system collects real-time operational status data from various production line equipment, including key indicators such as temperature, pressure, and vibration.
Abnormality Alerting and Work Order Generation: Based on intelligent alarm rules, the system automatically identifies abnormal equipment states and generates O&M work orders either automatically or manually, promptly notifying maintenance personnel.
Intelligent Work Order Dispatching: Managers can intelligently schedule maintenance personnel based on work order type, urgency, and the skill matching degree of technicians, ensuring timely and effective handling of work orders.
Progress Tracking and Feedback: The system provides real-time tracking of work order processing progress, offering a visual interface for managers to view.
It also supports online feedback from maintenance personnel on processing results, as well as review and uation functions.Data Analysis and Optimization: The system collects O&M data for statistical analysis, providing data support for optimizing O&M strategies. This helps improve O&M efficiency and service quality while reducing operational costs.
