 The system accesses controller PLCs, sensors, and other devices through the WideIoT (formerly Wutongbolian) Industrial Smart Gateway, collecting real-time data on flow, water quality, equipment status, etc. It processes and displays this vast amount of data on a visual data dashboard, extracting key information and trends to provide data support for operation and maintenance decisions.

• Remote Monitoring and Equipment Management: Enables remote monitoring of equipment such as pumps, frequency converters, and flow meters, while allowing editing, addition, and deletion of equipment models and parameters to enhance management efficiency and response speed.
• Data Monitoring and Visualization: Transmits key data such as water level, pressure, flow, current, and voltage to a group control cloud platform, displaying it in the form of curves or tables for remote monitoring of equipment status and parameter changes within the station.
• Fault Alarming and Notification: Customizes equipment fault alarm rules and automatically pushes alarm information to managers via WeChat, SMS, email, etc., enabling quick response measures.
• Remote Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance: Facilitates remote fault diagnosis, programming, debugging, and program uploading/downloading of PLCs, improving maintenance efficiency and ensuring equipment reliability and lifespan.
• Data Analysis and Decision Support: Integrates and analyzes data from multiple dimensions, providing big data support for enterprises to facilitate digital management and operations, and aiding in the creation of unmanned sewage treatment stations.
