WideIOT provides a remote monitoring system solution for boiler water treatment equipment, aimed at achieving automation and unmanned monitoring.
Industrial boilers are widely used across various industries due to their high thermal conversion efficiency, low operational energy consumption, and low combustion energy consumption. However, for most small and medium-sized enterprises, boiler water treatment is often overlooked. Typically, manual sampling and monitoring are employed, which are labor-intensive and prone to human errors. There is a lack of accurate understanding of parameters such as boiler blowdown rate, cleaning cycle, and makeup water quality. Prolonged use under such conditions can lead to decreased thermal conversion efficiency, increased fuel consumption, and higher energy consumption.The WideIOT solution is an intelligent system designed to monitor and control multiple data points, including boiler inlet water, boiler water, steam volume, and water quality levels.
By integrating PLCs, liquid level meters, gas flow meters, and water quality monitors into the WideIOT industrial smart gateway, the gateway can collect data in real-time and upload it to a cloud platform or upper computer for visualized monitoring and management, remote control and maintenance, and intelligent data analysis. This helps enterprises achieve refined management and prevent potential risks.

System Features
Gateway Specifications: The gateway operates within a temperature range of 20℃ to 70℃ and can be deployed in boiler rooms.
It connects to PLCs, liquid level meters, gas flow meters, water quality monitors, and other devices via RS485/RS232/Ethernet ports for data collection.Automated Operation: The system operates automatically, monitoring water quality indicators, voltage and current, water levels, flow rates, water pressure, and other data in real-time.
It supports real-time data upload to a cloud platform or upper computer via 5G/4G/WIFI/Ethernet.Visualized Data Display: Monitoring data is presented in a visualized format, such as bar charts, real-time curves, historical curves, and dynamic graphics, designed according to on-site conditions.
This allows for real-time viewing of water quality indicators, fault records, alarm information, and data analysis through reports and charts.Customizable Alarm Thresholds: Alarm thresholds can be freely set.
When monitored data exceeds the set limits, automatic alarms are triggered and sent to relevant personnel via WeChat, SMS, or email, along with alarm information and the generation of maintenance work orders.Maintenance Work Order Management: Quickly view the responsible personnel, processing progress, and work logs for each maintenance work order.
This facilitates the assessment and optimization of maintenance work, ensuring timely equipment fault resolution.Remote PLC Maintenance: Through the device maintenance express line, remote maintenance and technical support for PLCs located in different locations can be performed. This includes remote programming, debugging, and program uploading and downloading, improving maintenance efficiency and reducing costs.
