This system enables networking communication and data collection from distillation machines, fermentation tanks, grain moistening vehicles, filling equipment, water purification equipment, and packaging machinery within the distillery. By interfacing with the PLCs of various devices, the gateway can collect real-time data and upload it to the cloud platform or upper computer via 5G/4G/WIFI/Ethernet, facilitating visual display, remote control, and data analysis, thereby helping distilleries achieve goals such as efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
Functional Characteristics:
Real-time Monitoring: By collecting data from PLCs, sensors, and surveillance cameras, the system can monitor the production environment and equipment operating status in real-time, tracking key parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, and liquid level.
Intelligent Warning: The system sets alarm thresholds and notification methods to warn of abnormalities or equipment failures during the production process.
Notifications are sent via WeChat, SMS, email, etc., detailing the alarming device and fault information.Remote Operation & Maintenance: Maintenance personnel can remotely control and maintain equipment, enabling PLC remote control, PLC remote programming and debugging, and PLC remote program uploading and downloading, thereby reducing on-site maintenance costs and risks.
Data Analysis: By collecting and analyzing vast amounts of production data, the system provides valuable data reports to enterprises, helping identify bottlenecks and issues in the production process, and optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency.
