A sampling machine is a specialized piece of equipment installed alongside railway tracks or automobile transportation routes. It is capable of automatically performing a series of sample preparation processes on bulk materials in carriages, such as coal, ores, and grains. These processes include iron removal, conveying, weighing, crushing, splitting, pulverizing, drying, packaging, and waste sample recovery. By utilizing a mechanized sampling head that penetrates into the material, the sampling machine collects representative samples according to pre-set sampling point distributions and depths, and then conveys them to subsequent sample preparation systems for processing.
Currently, most enterprises still rely on traditional PLC local control modes for their sampling machines, with data storage and processing confined to the equipment itself. Fault Alarming: In the event of equipment failure, the system instantly pushes fault alarm information (e.g., via SMS, WeChat, email) to managers. They can then remotely view fault codes and related data to quickly pinpoint the cause of the fault.
