A loader, also known as a scraper, is a type of earthmoving construction machinery used for shoveling and loading loose materials such as soil, sand, gravel, lime, and coal.

 It is widely employed in construction projects including highways, railways, buildings, hydropower, ports, and mining. By equipping it with different auxiliary work devices, it can also perform tasks such as bulldozing, lifting, and loading other materials like wood.

For equipment manufacturers, traditional operational and maintenance management methods for loaders present numerous challenges, such as difficulties in obtaining real-time equipment operational data, delayed fault diagnosis, and high operational and maintenance costs, which significantly disrupt enterprise production and operations.
