The textile industry is a traditional pillar and important livelihood industry in China, as well as a sector with international competitive advantages.

 However, currently, cotton spinning enterprises generally suffer from low equipment automation levels and inadequate information technology applications. Real-time data integration is lacking in production processes, including process design, on-site management, temperature and humidity control, and machinery conditions, relying solely on manual inspections. This leads to issues such as substandard product quality and excessive losses, constraining the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.

With the rapid development and in-depth application of new technologies such as cloud computing, big data, the Internet of Things (IoT), and mobile applications, the conditions for deep integration between modern textiles and next-generation information technologies are becoming increasingly mature.

  3. Production Management: Visualizes various production data, including output, quality, operational rates, and pass rates, enabling problem tracking and production intervention to effectively prevent quality accidents and stabilize product quality.

  4. Energy Consumption Management: Provides visual displays and cost accounting for various energy media such as water, electricity, gas, and heat, enabling precise and visualized energy consumption management. This ultimately achieves controllable energy use, leading to energy conservation and cost reduction.
