Data Acquisition: The gateway connects to the communication interface of the foaming machine's PLC controller to acquire device data in real-time and transmit it to a cloud platform or upper computer.
It supports various communication methods, including 5G, 4G, WIFI, and Ethernet.Remote Monitoring: Enterprises can view the operational status and process parameters of the equipment anytime and anywhere via computers or mobile phones, gaining insights into equipment location distribution, fault maintenance, and other information, as well as changes in equipment assets.
Remote Control: Through the gateway, remote control instructions can be issued to the PLC, including remote parameter configuration and remote device start/stop operations, enabling rapid response in case of abnormalities.
