Airflow pulverizers are mechanical devices that utilize high-speed airflow to pulverize materials, widely applied in the ultrafine pulverization of various materials such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, metal powders, and ceramic powders.

Their working principle involves feeding materials into a pulverization chamber through a feeding system, where high-pressure airflow carries the materials to the pulverization nozzles. At the nozzles, the materials acquire high speed and are then ejected onto the inner walls of the pulverization chamber or onto other materials, achieving pulverization through collisions and friction. The pulverized materials are guided along with the airflow to a separator, where heavier materials are separated due to centrifugal force, while lighter dust continues to circulate until the desired degree of pulverization is achieved.

Among these, parameters such as pressure and flow rate in the PLC are crucial for production safety.

However, under traditional management modes, relying on periodic inspections makes it difficult to promptly identify potential issues. Simultaneously, the lack of an effective early warning mechanism increases the risk of accidents, often leading to a poor customer experience. In response, WideIOT provides a solution for remote monitoring of airflow pulverizers through PLC data acquisition, offering reliable assistance in enhancing equipment management and maintenance levels.

By connecting the PLC to the WideIOT industrial intelligent gateway, real-time data is collected and transmitted via networks such as 5G/4G/WIFI/Ethernet to a cloud platform or upper computer.

This enables equipment manufacturers to monitor each device in real-time, understanding information such as equipment operating status, working parameters, location distribution, quantity types, fault alarms, and maintenance work orders, and taking appropriate measures. Additionally, it facilitates remote maintenance, improving work efficiency, reducing travel frequency, and enhancing after-sales service quality.

System Functions

  1. Data Acquisition: Real-time collection of operating data from the pulverizer, such as rotational speed, temperature, and pressure, and uploading it to the cloud platform or upper computer via 5G/4G/WIFI/Ethernet.

  2. Remote Monitoring: Enabling remote monitoring of the pulverizer through mobile and computer terminals, allowing users to stay informed about the pulverizer's operating status and alarm information in real-time.

  3. Alarm Function: Automatically issuing alarms when the pulverizer malfunctions, reminding users to take prompt action.

Support for notification methods such as WeChat, SMS, email, and sound-light alerts.
  4. Remote Maintenance: Allowing engineers to remotely program and debug the PLC, as well as upload and download programs, improving maintenance work efficiency and reducing operational costs.

  5. Data Analysis: Enabling data analysis of equipment assets to rationally allocate maintenance resources, adjust business strategies, and enhance the company's market competitiveness.
