The high speed, low latency, and wide connectivity characteristics of 5G networks provide robust network support for the development of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). At industrial parks, factory areas, workshops, and other sites, by deploying 5G gateways, various PLCs, sensors, cameras, CNC machine tools, industrial robots, and other devices can be connected to the 5G network.

 This allows for the collection of environmental parameters, device operations, and real-time video monitoring data, which are then transmitted back to the production site monitoring platform for production activity monitoring and early warning, with notifications sent via WeChat, SMS, email, and other means.

3. Collaborative Device Manufacturing

Through real-time data collection of production site device trajectories and process completion statuses via 5G gateways, the system optimizes collaborative work methods among devices.

 Based on the optimization results, it issues scheduling strategy instructions to industrial systems and devices such as the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), enabling the division of labor and cooperation among multiple devices and enhancing equipment utilization efficiency.
