Application Scenarios
Data Acquisition for CNC Equipment: By utilizing gateway devices equipped with CNC communication protocols, real-time data communication with CNC equipment is achieved.
The real-time data from CNC equipment, including power-on/off, standby, processing status, alarm status, spindle speed, spindle load, spindle multiplier, feed rate, feed multiplier, and tool numbers, is collected, parsed, and uploaded to the IoT platform.Data Acquisition for PLC Equipment: By connecting to PLCs of stamping equipment, production lines, electroplating equipment, bending machines, injection molding machines, and welding equipment, point-level data from PLCs is collected.
