Data Acquisition Layer – The gateway uses wireless network technologies (such as 4G and 5G) to transmit collected data to cloud servers.
Data Application Layer – Provides a visualized monitoring interface, alarm notifications, remote maintenance, and other functions for management personnel.

Real-Time Monitoring – Collects equipment status and process parameters in real time and integrates them into a visualized monitoring interface, ensuring the security and integrity of data acquisition and transmission.

Fault Early Warning – By monitoring the carton stitching machine's operating status in real time, the system automatically sends alarm notifications when abnormalities occur, enabling management personnel to respond and handle issues promptly.
