With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing pressure from global climate warming, energy consumption has become a focal point of societal concern.

 Among key energy-consuming equipment, central air conditioning systems occupy a significant position due to their widespread application in both industrial and civilian sectors. While providing comfortable environments, their high energy consumption characteristics also present substantial potential for energy conservation and emission reduction.

In response, WideIOT offers an integrated energy IoT solution that encompasses energy consumption data collection, industrial data visualization, and energy data analysis.

 By integrating WideIOT's industrial smart gateways with air conditioning controller PLCs and smart electricity meters, real-time collection of parameters such as inlet and outlet water pressure, inlet and outlet water temperature, power, voltage, current, and electricity consumption is achieved. These data are then transmitted to cloud platforms or upper computers via 5G/4G/WIFI/Ethernet, enabling real-time monitoring and automatic early warning of equipment operating status and energy consumption. This facilitates timely acquisition of key information on air conditioning equipment cooling capacity, energy consumption, and energy efficiency, allowing for management control to ensure energy-efficient operation of the equipment.

  1. Comprehensive Monitoring: Continuously monitors parameters such as inlet and outlet water pressure, inlet and outlet water temperature, power, voltage, current, and electricity consumption, consolidating them onto a system platform for visual display.

  2. Fault Early Warning: Supports customizable alarm thresholds to promptly identify potential issues and notify relevant personnel via WeChat, SMS, email, etc.

  3. Remote Adjustment: Enables remote adjustment of central air conditioning systems to optimal conditions based on external conditions and usage, such as remote start/stop switches, to ensure a comfortable indoor environment.

  4. Data Analysis: Provides detailed equipment reports and energy consumption reports, aiding in the prediction of future trends and enabling managers to make informed, scientific decisions to promote energy-efficient production.
