Irrigation, as a crucial aspect of agricultural production, directly impacts crop growth and food security. Traditional irrigation methods often rely on manual experience, which is not only inefficient but also prone to causing water resource wastage. With the rapid development of smart agriculture, achieving precise irrigation and intelligent scheduling has become an important topic in modern agricultural management.
In response to this, WideIOT has launched a smart irrigation monitoring and remote control system solution based on its water conservancy data acquisition gateway. By connecting various field sensors, irrigation controllers, weather stations, and other equipment to the water conservancy data acquisition gateway, it can collect real-time information such as soil moisture, meteorological data, and irrigation status. This data is then uploaded to a cloud platform for functions including visualization, monitoring, alarming, management, control, and data analysis, thereby enabling refined and automated management of the irrigation system and significantly improving water resource utilization efficiency.

Soil Moisture Monitoring: It continuously monitors the changes in soil temperature, humidity, pH value, and other parameters in different areas in real time and generates data curve reports. This allows for the reasonable adjustment of irrigation plans based on the crop growth stage.
Meteorological Data Integration: The system integrates data from various monitoring sensors within the weather station, such as rainfall, atmospheric temperature, and light intensity. It provides real-time notifications of weather conditions like rainfall, high temperatures, and snowfall, enabling the rational arrangement of agricultural production activities.
Remote Valve Control: By connecting to the controller PLC of precision irrigation equipment or fertilizer-water integration machines, the system supports remote control of irrigation valve switches or pump start/stop operations via mobile phones or computers. This facilitates precise irrigation by zone and time.
Water Usage Statistics and Analysis: The system automatically records data such as water consumption and irrigation duration, generating water usage reports. It also correlates this data with soil moisture information to assist in water conservation uation and cost control.
Abnormal Alarm Notification: When abnormal weather conditions, equipment failures, or excessively dry or wet soil conditions occur, the system automatically sends alarms via WeChat, SMS, email, and other means. This enables quick location, diagnosis, and the implementation of measures to prevent more serious accidents.
Irrigation Strategy Optimization: Through API interfaces, the data is connected to crop management models. Based on historical data and crop models, the system continuously improves and optimizes irrigation plans, enabling intelligent decision-making and refined production.
