The growth and development of edible fungi (such as shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and truffles) are highly sensitive to environmental conditions. Subtle fluctuations in parameters such as temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide (CO₂) concentration, light intensity, substrate moisture content, and acidity-alkalinity (pH) can directly impact mycelium germination, fruiting body formation, yield, quality, and even the incidence of pests and diseases. Therefore, many large- and medium-sized edible fungi production bases place great emphasis on the monitoring and management of growth environments.
In response to this need, WideIOT deploys industrial gateways that connect to various environmental sensors in mushroom cultivation workshops. These gateways enable real-time collection of parameters such as humidity, temperature, pH, O₂, CO₂, NH₃, and free biological concentration. The data is then transmitted to a visual management platform via 5G/4G/Wi-Fi/Ethernet connections. Through real-time monitoring of fermentation curves and comparison with preset values, the system ensures that parameters remain at optimal levels. Any deviations are managed and controlled in real time to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production.

Real-time Monitoring: Temperature and humidity sensors, carbon dioxide sensors, light sensors, and other devices are connected to the gateway, enabling real-time collection of environmental parameters in cold storage and cultivation workshops. The data is uploaded to the management platform via 5G/4G/Wi-Fi/Ethernet.
Abnormal Alarming: Users can set upper and lower limits for parameters such as temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, and light intensity according to their specific needs. When any parameter exceeds the set range, the system automatically triggers an alarm and notifies users via WeChat, SMS, email, or other means.
Data Analysis: The platform can perform statistical, analytical, and comparative operations on the collected data, helping users understand the storage conditions and trends of dried edible fungi. This facilitates strict control and management of the production process.
Data Visualization: The platform displays the collected data in the form of charts, curves, and dashboards on both PC and mobile terminals, allowing users to intuitively view the storage environment of dried edible fungi.
