The solution connects PLCs and sensors to WideIOT IoT gateways, enabling networked management of cement equipment such as grout mixers, agitators, grouting pumps, and grout storage tanks. It collects and processes data including grouting time, grouting pressure, and grouting flow rate. This data is provided to on-site touchscreens for human-machine interaction, while also enabling remote monitoring and management control via PC and mobile devices. The result is an information-based cement operation management mechanism that achieves the management goals of pre-control, in-process monitoring, and post-analysis.

System Functions

Real-Time Monitoring – Through touchscreens or the cloud platform, management personnel can monitor the operating status and working parameters of various grouting machines in real time, with quick access via data reports.

Abnormal Alerts – Automated alerts are triggered based on intelligent alarm rules (via WeChat, SMS, email, etc.), enabling prompt detection and resolution of potential issues to ensure personnel and construction safety.

Equipment Management – Through the cloud platform, users can remotely manage various grouting machines—viewing equipment information, types, quantities, status, and alarms, and performing editing and modification operations.

Project Management – Enables management and operation of individual engineering projects, with visibility into project names, associated customers, operating hours, and other information, all of which can be edited and modified as needed.

Data Analytics – Through in-depth analysis of collected data—such as operating efficiency, failure rates, and energy consumption levels—grouting machine operating parameters can be optimized to improve construction efficiency and quality.
