The gateway supports the connection to various energy metering devices, such as smart electricity meters, smart water meters, gas meters, and heat meters, enabling unified collection and aggregation of energy data across the entire factory site.
Through a visual dashboard, the gateway provides real-time displays of energy consumption in each workshop, production line, and equipment. By setting energy consumption thresholds, it immediately triggers alerts in case of abnormalities, facilitating the rapid identification of energy waste points.
The gateway supports multi-dimensional statistical analysis of energy consumption based on time, region, and equipment, generating energy consumption reports and trend curves. It identifies peak and off-peak energy consumption periods, providing data support for energy-saving renovations.
Based on factors such as production plans, electricity price periods, and ambient temperatures, the gateway can automatically or remotely control the start-stop and operating modes of equipment such as lighting, air conditioners, and air compressors. This achieves peak shaving and valley filling, as well as energy conservation and cost reduction.
The gateway automatically calculates carbon emissions based on energy data and connects to the management platform, facilitating the rapid generation of carbon emission reports. This assists enterprises in responding to carbon audits, participating in carbon trading, and achieving green and sustainable development.
