Equipment Access
Industrial intelligent gateways are equipped with multiple serial and network ports and have protocol parsing capabilities, enabling seamless connection with PLC controllers (compatible with mainstream brands such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Omron), liquid level sensors, pH meters, dissolved oxygen meters, flow meters, motor drivers, and other equipment in the beer factory's wastewater treatment system. This covers the entire process from water intake, adjustment, biochemical treatment, sedimentation, filtration, to discharge.
Data Collection
Real-time collection of key parameters in wastewater treatment is carried out, including water quality indicators such as influent flow rate, COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand), ammonia nitrogen concentration, pH value, dissolved oxygen, and sludge concentration, as well as equipment operating status (such as pump start/stop, fan speed, valve opening, and fault codes). This provides data support for process optimization.
Edge Computing
The gateway has a built-in protocol parsing engine that supports the conversion of industrial protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, and IEC 104, enabling local data preprocessing. Through functions such as data filtering, abnormal value removal, and formula calculations (such as load calculation and chemical dosing control), it reduces the transmission of invalid data and improves the efficiency of cloud-based analysis.
Multi-mode Communication
The gateway supports various communication methods such as 5G/4G/WiFi/Ethernet to meet the network environment requirements of different areas in beer factories. For example, the WG583 series gateway supports 5G Red Cap and CAT4/CAT1 4G dual-card dual-standby, ensuring the real-time and reliable transmission of data and avoiding monitoring blind spots caused by network interruptions.
Management Platform
It offers integrated functions including equipment management, data storage, visual monitoring, alarm notification, and remote maintenance. Through tools such as 3D process flow diagrams, real-time data dashboards, and historical trend analysis, it visually displays the status of wastewater treatment. It supports the setting of abnormal thresholds and multi-level alarms (via SMS, email, and WeChat) to quickly respond to equipment failures or water quality exceedances.
