These gateways enable the collection, processing, and transmission of data from various PLCs, instruments, industrial robots, CNC machine tools, and other devices. Resumable download, in this context, refers to the ability to record the current data breakpoint when network connectivity is interrupted and resume the incomplete task once the connection is reestablished, ensuring the transmission of all pending data. This effectively guarantees the security and integrity of the data.

Operational Logic
Data Collection: By connecting to various PLCs and sensor devices via serial ports and networks, IoT gateways can collect real-time data from industrial sites and access the internet through 5G/4G/WIFI/Ethernet.
Multi-Network Redundancy: The gateway continuously monitors network status and automatically switches to an alternative network when a disconnection is detected, ensuring uninterrupted data collection and transmission.
Offline Data Storage: Upon detecting a network interruption, the gateway immediately stores the collected data in its local memory and continuously monitors the communication link for automatic reconnection.
Resumable Download: Once the network is restored, the gateway transmits the locally stored data to the corresponding system platform, ensuring that no data is lost during the disconnection period and maintaining data security and integrity.
