This solution connects PLCs and sensors to WideIOT's IoT gateways, enabling networked management of cement equipment such as pulping machines, mixers, grout pumps, and storage tanks. It facilitates the collection and processing of data such as grouting time, pressure, and flow rate, which can be displayed on-site touchscreens for human-machine interaction and also allows for remote monitoring and management control via mobile phones and computers. This constructs an information-based management mechanism for cement operations, achieving the management objectives of pre-control, in-process monitoring, and post-event analysis.
