System Architecture:

WideIOT deploys industrial data transmission terminals WD140 on-site to first connect multiple wireless temperature and humidity sensors for data collection.The monitored data is then remotely transmitted to the industrial smart gateway WG593 via LoRa wireless signals.

The industrial smart gateway WG593 is primarily responsible for receiving, processing, and transmitting temperature and humidity data from various terminals.It subsequently communicates with local upper computers or cloud platforms through 5G/4G/WiFi/Ethernet to enable data transmission.

The system management platform serves as the storage and processing center for all detected temperature and humidity data of tobacco leaves.Through a visual interface, users can intuitively view real-time temperature and humidity data and change trends at various points, enabling remote online monitoring of all tobacco leaf temperature and humidity.

When temperature and humidity abnormalities occur, the system promptly issues warnings through SMS, email, WeChat, or other means to notify relevant personnel.Simultaneously, it remotely controls environmental regulation systems such as ventilation and dehumidification for precise adjustments, assisting users in timely and intelligent disposal.

Leveraging big data technology, historical temperature and humidity monitoring data of tobacco leaves is stored and analyzed to help users identify patterns in temperature and humidity changes during storage periods.
