A vacuum pelletizer is a specialized piece of equipment designed to process materials into granular products under vacuum conditions. Its core principle involves reducing the internal pressure of the equipment through a vacuum system and combining specific pelletizing processes to achieve uniform pellet formation of materials. A workshop is equipped with multiple vacuum pelletizers, purchased at different times, with control systems including PLCs from Siemens, Schneider, and other brands. There is now a requirement to collect equipment data and interface it with a host computer system via a local area network (LAN) to enable online monitoring and management control.
