System Architecture

Device Layer – Includes the vacuum packaging machine itself along with its associated controllers and actuators, used to monitor equipment status data and execute control commands.
Network Layer – Through WideIOT industrial IoT gateways, equipment data is uploaded to cloud platforms or host systems via 5G/4G/Wi-Fi/Ethernet.
Platform Layer – The cloud platform handles data storage, processing, analysis, and remote management—providing users with an intuitive operating interface, a rich set of functional services, and data-driven decision support.

Main Functions

Data Acquisition and Real-Time Monitoring
By collecting key parameters from vacuum packaging machines in real time—such as temperature, pressure, and operating hours—and displaying them on the monitoring platform, users can view equipment status anytime, anywhere via mobile phones, computers, and other terminal devices—achieving true remote monitoring.

Fault Alerts and Notifications
The system features preset alarm thresholds. Once abnormal data is detected, notifications are immediately sent to relevant personnel via WeChat, SMS, or email—helping to detect and resolve equipment faults promptly, reduce downtime, and improve production efficiency.

Remote Operation and Maintenance
Engineers can remotely control vacuum packaging machine on/off status, adjust parameters, and perform remote program upload/download through the system—enabling remote operation and maintenance while greatly reducing travel frequency and workload, and improving both work efficiency and service quality.

Data Analytics and Decision Support
