With the continuous development of the social economy, the scale of industrial production has been expanding, and production processes have been continuously innovating. Industrial boilers have now achieved automated control; however, management models still have deficiencies. At present, boiler operations rely primarily on manual inspections. This approach is time-consuming and labor-intensive, fails to detect potential hazards in production in a timely manner, and incurs high operation and maintenance costs, which ultimately affects the economic efficiency of enterprises.

To address these issues, WideIOT has launched a remote monitoring, operation, and maintenance system for industrial boilers based on a data acquisition gateway. The system enables data collection from multiple distributed boiler units, real-time monitoring of on-site boiler parameters—such as furnace parameters, auxiliary equipment parameters, and operating parameters—as well as production and operation data, including instantaneous water flow, steam flow, and oxygen content. It also facilitates centralized management and control, remote maintenance, data analysis, and other functions, thereby helping to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enable intelligent operations and maintenance. Through the HMI/SCADA visualization interface, users can view equipment operating conditions and real-time data, including rated evaporation capacity, rated outlet steam pressure, rated outlet steam temperature, feedwater temperature, coal consumption, water capacity, and more.

Visual data dashboards can display historical operational data of boilers in real time, automatically generate reports based on aggregated values, and provide various parameter-based references for equipment management, thereby supporting better performance optimization and management levels.

The alarm management system provides real-time display of boiler alarm information, allows querying of historical alarm records, and supports configurable alarm notification methods (WeChat, SMS, email, etc.), making it convenient to quickly detect and resolve faults.

The operations and maintenance management module enables information management for all networked boiler devices, records equipment maintenance history, and allows queries on maintenance schedules and progress. Engineers can also perform remote maintenance operations, effectively saving costs and improving efficiency.
