Solution Details

The industrial intelligent gateway serves as a bridge connecting power inspection robots with the monitoring and management platform. By collecting data from various devices such as robot controllers, sensors, and cameras, it enables comprehensive monitoring and transmission of robot status, operational parameters, inspection data, and real-time footage.These data are centralized on the monitoring and management platform for visualization processing and analysis, thereby constructing an efficient and intelligent equipment management and maintenance system.

Implemented Functions

1. Unified Remote Monitoring: Enable unified remote monitoring of multiple inspection robots across different locations. Through a multi-screen operation interface, maintenance personnel can view and control the operational status of each robot in real-time, display operational parameters, and mark abnormal parameters for reminders.

2. Anomaly Detection and Alerting: Accurately monitor anomalies in the core components of the robots themselves, inspection objects, and operational environments.Once predefined thresholds are triggered, alert information is immediately pushed through the monitoring and management platform, accompanied by detailed fault descriptions.

3. Standardized Inspection Reporting and Archiving: Generate standardized inspection reports and archive them, including the issuance and control of inspection tasks, the establishment of equipment maintenance ledgers and plan formulation, as well as hierarchical management of maintenance personnel permissions and operation traceability.
