The solid waste treatment process involves multiple stages including collection, transportation, storage, and disposal, presenting significant management challenges. Traditional management methods struggle to monitor the real-time operational status of waste treatment equipment and waste inventory levels, often resulting in inefficient processing and environmental pollution. To enhance the efficiency and environmental performance of solid waste treatment, a remote monitoring system is required to comprehensively oversee and manage the entire treatment process.
Sensors and monitoring equipment are installed at key locations within solid waste treatment facilities (such as waste storage areas and near processing equipment). Through WideIOT's industrial smart gateways, operational data (including operational status, temperature, pressure, etc.) from waste processing equipment (such as incinerators and crushers), waste inventory data, and environmental monitoring data (such as air quality and noise levels) are collected. Transmit the collected data to the solid waste treatment remote monitoring platform, where it undergoes real-time analysis and visualization. The system issues alerts promptly when waste inventory reaches warning thresholds or equipment malfunctions occur, enabling remote operations and maintenance (O&M) as well as scheduling operations. It also uates the effectiveness of waste treatment processes.
