With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing pressure from global warming, energy consumption has become one of the key concerns in today's society.

 Among major energy-consuming equipment, central air conditioning systems occupy a significant position due to their widespread application in both industrial and civil sectors. However, while providing a comfortable environment, their high energy consumption characteristics also present substantial potential for energy conservation and emission reduction.

In response, Wutongbolian offers an integrated energy IoT solution that encompasses energy consumption data collection, industrial data visualization, and energy data analysis.

 By connecting to air conditioner controllers (PLCs) and smart electricity meters through Wutongbolian's industrial intelligent gateways, real-time data on parameters such as inlet and outlet water pressure, inlet and outlet water temperature, power, voltage, current, and electricity consumption can be collected. This data is then transmitted to the cloud platform or upper computer via 5G/4G/WIFI/Ethernet, enabling real-time monitoring and automatic early warning of equipment operating status and energy consumption. It facilitates timely and effective acquisition of key information such as cooling capacity, energy consumption, and energy efficiency of air conditioning equipment, allowing for management and control to ensure energy-efficient operation.

  2. Fault Early Warning: Supports customizable alarm thresholds to promptly detect potential issues and notify relevant personnel for handling, via channels such as WeChat, SMS, and email.

  3. Remote Adjustment: Adjusts the central air conditioning system to its optimal state based on external conditions and usage patterns, such as remotely starting and stopping switches, to ensure a comfortable indoor environment.

  4. Data Analysis: Provides detailed equipment reports and energy consumption reports, and assists in predicting future trends, enabling managers to make informed and scientifically reasonable decisions to promote energy-efficient production.
